The JAG RF inventory consists of thousands of small parts. We stock everything from capacitors to heat shrink to RF connectors. We make it a point to stock parts that no one else sells individually. Part such as crimp sleeves for RG-213/214 cable connectors and gaskets and o-rings for a variety of RF connectors form Andrew to Amphenol. We stock a range of specialty heat shrink tubes from adhesive lined heavy-duty double wall tubing to 1/8-inch diameter tubing for mini coaxial splices and connector joints. JAG RF also stocks and sells a range of custom made parts such as RG-213/214 splice kits to custom made coupling loop bodies to custom made RF connectors. We also keep piston capacitor covers, an assortment of metric and imperial hardware, ferrites, copper strip and foil, and much more in our inventory.

JAG RF has pallets stacked with VHF cavity filters configured in many combinations. We also have pallets stacked with VHF multicouplers and VHF transmitter combiners. Depending on the size of the order, we can ship all filters by palletizing them or box them or however the customer wishes the filters to be shipped.

JAG RF has dedicated workers that assemble base parts into sub assemblies. These subassemblies such as phasing harnesses, power dividers, duplexer harnesses, and pre-formed copper loop strips are then stored in bins ready a refurbished product. When an order for a refurbished product is received a work order is created and the parts from these bins that are required for refurbishment are used. By having the subassemblies ready to install, we reduce the handling time required to get an order shipped.

JAG RF keeps a vast amount of cavity filters in stock ready for any occasion. Our filter lab can retune and modify cavity filters for any application. Order turn around time is reduced because JAG RF stocks more of the common pre-assembled loops and harnesses (for duplexers, combiners, and multicouplers).
