JAG RF can provide engineering and design service such as designing custom mounting solutions for large filter systems. We can design modular combiner frames that are stackable or on casters or a combination of the two. Engineering custom racks to accommodate special filter combinations in confined spaces are also possible. JAG RF also provides engineering service to design and manufacture custom tower accessories from clamps to standoffs. We can design and manufacture special filter parts or adapters. We also specialize in engineering and manufacturing custom made parts related to coaxial cable connectors to antenna dipoles to cast aluminum parts. We can provide CAD service and complete engineering and design documentation.

JAG RF technical service comprises of both on-site and off-site support. We have a full range of portable test equipment such as network analyzers (smith chart option), spectrum analyzers, service monitors, and power meters to aid in any on-site troubleshooting. JAG RF can sweep lines and use time domain reflectometry to locate faults. We can also connectorize a variety of cables and waveguides and assure all runs are in proper cable trays and grounding at the appropriate points inside the shelter. However, our primary specialty is in on site filter tuning and adjustment of critical length able to optimize system performance. An example of this would be optimizing a coaxial length between a transmitter and an amplifier for the correct wavelength in order to achieve maximum power transfer.
