JAG RF runs a complete machine shop capable of turning out any custom part that a customer may require. Existing antennas can be easily customized to a customers exact specifications weather that means turning mast pipe down to a certain diameter or simply putting a bend with the specified radius at a particular location on a their antenna.

We can make modifications to existing antennas to either strengthen the structural integrity or for additional length or both. Adding gussets can reinforce joints if additional loading is anticipated on any given supporting mast structure. Modifications can be made to a variety of metals from aluminum to stainless steel to carbon steel and other types of common and exotic metals.

JAG RF provides both MIG and TIG welding service and has the capability to weld both steel and aluminum. However, we can also provide ARC welding and welding a variety of metals with various fillers.
